RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

A minimum of 4 makeup services is required to book Friday or Saturday wedding dates. Bookings that do not meet the minimum will be subject to a day rate minimum.

1–10 miles round trip: Complimentary

10–25+ miles roundtrip = Custom quote ($1/mile) min $50

Venue Valet parking: Exact amount is invoiced to client

Overnight stay (if required based on start time/distance): Exact amount is invoiced to client

Early morning start before 7:00 AM: $50 fee

 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

    For destination weddings, brides are booked under a custom destination bridal rate designed to reserve and block off up to 3 days of travel and wedding coverage. This rate is separate from standard pricing and ensures a seamless, luxury experience throughout your wedding weekend.

  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    • Round-trip airfare: Exact amount is invoiced to client

    • 3-night hotel stay required
      (Arrival day, wedding day, and departure day)

    • Daily meal & travel allowance

    • Ground transportation to and from all wedding-related locations: Exact amount is invoiced to client

    • Rental car may be required depending on the destination and venue location

    • A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to reserve destination wedding dates.
