For all in-studio services, I kindly ask that you arrive alone unless you are accompanied by someone who is also receiving a service.

To maintain a calm, focused, and luxurious environment, additional guests or children are not permitted during appointments. If a guest accompanies you, they may be asked to wait outside for the duration of your service.

This policy does not apply to bridal preview appointments.

In-Studio Appointments

Retainers & Deposits

A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Please note:

  • Retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • Retainers are non-transferable to future dates or appointments.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the retainer is received.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your retainer will be forfeited.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged the remaining balance of the service.

Failure to pay any outstanding balance will result in being unable to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full.

The only circumstance in which a retainer will be refunded is if I am unable to fulfill the appointment.

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in:

  • Loss of your retainer

  • Charge of the remaining balance of booked service

No-shows will not be permitted to book future appointments until all outstanding balances are settled.

No-Show Policy

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for communicating any preferences, concerns, or sensitivities prior to the appointment.

While only professional, high-quality products are used, I am not responsible for any reactions due to undisclosed allergies or conditions.

To ensure the best results, please arrive prepared:

  • Skin must be clean and free of all makeup

  • Brows should be groomed prior to your appointment (no brow grooming services are performed)

  • Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions ahead of time

For sanitation and product performance reasons, personal makeup products will not be used unless discussed and approved in advance.

Preparing for your Appointment

Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time.

  • A $20 late fee will be applied if you arrive up to 15 minutes late

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled at my discretion or adjusted with an additional fee.

Late arrivals may result in a modified service to avoid impacting the next client.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if inappropriate behavior occurs.
